In essence you are being told to cheat the current lender. To steal thousands of dollars. There is really no difference in this than going into a bank and committing a hold up.

And in order to get a new loan you are going to have to account for these current loans. Does your advisor have any suggestions there? Like lying?

Sorry to sound harsh but the unethicalness of this suggestion is too much for me.

Frankly, you will be cheating all of us by contributing to the current foreclosure crisis and the future bailouts and higher interest rates all of us will be paying for.

Why not do things the ethical way.

Oh, the fact that you are planning this out does move it into the conspiring stage. That might be enough for fraud right there. Come on, you know this one sounds rotten.

Hey, you aren't really with the Feds trying to trap one of us into agreeing with this are you? :>)
