This is strange because bank owned housing is not offered for rent. At least in my 18 years of experience. How did you find out the a bank owned it?
It is hard to dig down the layers to find the right person to talk to. What bank? Perhaps someone here has a contact in their REO department.
If it is indeed bank owned.
