Forclosed Properties, Low LTV

Hello, I represent a group of cash buyers. My company is looking for properties with a value of $300-850k. These are the stipulations that we use. Must have an equity position of 50% or better, have light to no rehab, and have a 15 day contingency for inspection and appraisal, and all bulk packages must be consistent. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for websites that focus on these kinds of properties. It seems like they are the diamond in the ruff. I need help!!!
