Hi freeequitygal - they are a diamond in the ruff as you are asking for 50% equity or better and frankly, most of us RE investors would keep that deal ourselves with that equity position or easily be able to assign it for quick CASH leaving 30% equity to the new wholesale buyer. Your best bet is to arrange bulk buy directly with a bank who would love to deal with a cash buyer for large bulk purchases.
