It will not be removed from the land unless the park manager requests it. Those MH repos are quickly resold in the same spot they are on unless a new buyer comes along and asks to have it moved. Check out: www.allthelistings.com almost all of the mobile homes repos on the site are still on the property but they sometimes add: "can be moved".
