I also have 4 spec houses that I cannot sell in Murphy NC. I totally agree with your posting. So far after 2 years of doing my best its an asset losing fact. I'm now in the begining of my foreclosure proceddings the bank is playing hard ball but I already feel relief from the stress of not paying any longer knowing that I'll never turn a profit. Anyone in this same position needs to let the bank start its foreclosure with luck we may sell them before the end comes. Who cares at this point what the credit score is. Follow Ups:
