I managed to get a hold of the REO department of the loan company. They wouldnt give me any information, because they said that the home is still legally owned by the homeowner. It seems that though if I wait until after the sheriff sale, they might be willing to work something out. I will give that a try, the sale is on the 25 of this month, when do you think I should contact them again Jim? How many days should I wait before giving them a call after the sale?
