thank you everyone for the help and advise. I did quit claim the totle to my soon to be ex husband yesterday. I did talk too the atty that is handling the foreclosure and he told me they have to list me on the foreclosure because I have an interest in the property. But I can have mt name removed if I quit claim to him, so I did.. Thank you again very much.
