thank you all but tallk to loss milgation dept and they siad that it is to late for me to do anything there was a trustee sale on the 27th of this month and i have been trying to talk to a lawery that is handling this case bake east in texas but i am getting no where i want to know how much time i have left in the home ? i had tried to tell the lender that i want to keep the house but it seemed that they did not want to work with me at all so i guess i will have to take the lost.
