Hi Sharon,
It shouldn't be difficult to find someone who would want to do a lease with
the option to purchase with you. I'd follow the traditional avenues such as
looking for ads in the newspaper, street signs, and through a Realtor. I'm
sure if you contact owners of homes for rent you will find many who would
be interested in doing a lease with the option to purchase. You can talk to
a Realtor and have him/her do a search in MLS for houses for rent. In many
rental listings, the listing agent makes notes about the landlord's
willingness to doing a lease with option to purchase.
