Erv,
1. Yes, if she remains on title and the foreclosure action commences,
she will be named in the complaint.
2. Yes, if the plaintiff/complainant gets a judgment, it will be recorded
on public records.
3. Yes, the judgment will show up when someone runs a public
records search on her.
I just don't see how these event will affect her credit history with the 3
credit bureaus. I may be wrong.
