Seems to me the convergence of a rising mortgage debt and a decreasing home price is gonna bite you. Maybe you could eliminate the closing costs by doing a FSBO and also trying to rent your home and you yourself moving to somewhere cheaper.Sometimes it might be worth callin your bank to ask for help.
