whether your in ca or massachusetts, many of us are in trouble because we were classified as subprime or we felt we didn't care when we signed the last note because we had plenty of equity....well my friends, after WAMU forclosed on my property (in my family for 70 years!) i was asked several minutes after the auction if I would like to remain in the home as a buyer....owner.....who knows....they have said they do not no who the mortgage belongs to and I have learned thru msFRAUD.ORG OR COM that wamu is a servicer of the loan and do not own it, thus the deutchue? bank listed as trustee.....this nightmare is just beginning for many people, i have been going thru it for several or at least 3 or 4 years....NO ONE CAME TO THE MORTGAGE SALE FORCLOSURE SALE YESTERDAY AT NOON AS ADVERTISED.....AND I WAS ASKED AFTER THE FORECLOSURE IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED IN OWNING THE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!HELL YES I AM BUT ON MY TERMS .....WHAT I CAN AFFORD......NOT WHAT YOU WANT IN TERMS OF PROFITS....VACATIONS.....PREPAYMENT PENALTIES.....ESCESSIVE CLOSING COSTS......ITS time to fight back whether they say the own the property or not!!!!!!!!!!!!
