going to foreclose, REALISTICALLY, will my lender sue me ?
Posted by giselle on January 27, 2008 at 13:58:22: I know there is always that possibility, but REALISTICALLY....again, realistically, will the lender sue me after a foreclosure and garnish my wages ?? I owe 242K on the condo I live in. I lost my job, got another job that pays less ( I get paid 35K/yearly ) and I have ZERO ASSETS....no savings...no 401k....just a 2004 Honda Civic that I am still making payments on. I have no other property. My mortgage just went up and the HOA fee's have increased too. I cannot afford it anymore and want to foreclose and live with my boyfriend whom I hope to marry one day. I LIVE IN FLORIDA and my lender is Aurora loan services. REAL and accurate advise is appreciated ! Thank you !
