Could you please explain what you mean by saying that the title report will show us improvement made to a specific parcel? It will show us the number of the specific parcel since all parcels have the numbers? If the house was built a 100 years ago , can it be considered as improvements made?

What kind of liens could do so? Will the title report show us those liens?
