This site has a number of links to sites with bank owned properties and pre-foreclosures. Many of these sites include the various types of properties including 2-4 unit buildings. Start exploring.
The national type sites will break things down by state and many times by county.
You can also visit various bank sites. The larger banks will often have a section on the REO properties that they have in inventory.
