Thank you for responding! My husband is going to do another trip the county recorder office for additional information. We will order the title report also as soon as he finds out what parcel contain the house. The property does not have the common address, it has something like HC PO Box 111, City Zip Code, but it is the address we saw on the mail box in front of the property.
Thank you very much, all questions that I have now are should be first addressed to the county clerks.
