Definitive statements. Not even, "in my opinion..."? That means you are presenting this as facts. And that is a opening for the charge of slander.

Passion, yes. Understandable, possibly. And as long as you take full responsibility for your actions and suggestions, fine.

But factual, no. You may have had a problem but to paint an entire organization is irresponsible. In fact, we have a number of situations where Countrywide is being quite responsible.

Sometimes hard to deal with, oh yes. So is every other lender we deal with. Some of the time.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Just remember that "experts" can be held accountable.

No slam, just a gentle warning. Consumers are not the only ones reading this forum...
