You're welcome! It's the first time that I hear that a lender uses a local
real estate broker as a front to make you do a short sale. It's really
interesting....
Increasingly, homeowners are trying to defend themselves against some
questionable and long standing practices by mortgages lenders. The
public is learning their legal rights.
