CA-rentals draining me

I have multiple homes in CA, I am having a hard time making payments on my rentals. 2 have the same lender and I am thinking about foreclosre on those 2.
Should I? Will the lender come after me for my other properties and make me sell? I don't want to lose my other properties and the one I live in now.
I have made all payments, but 1 is interest only and principal is going up. Taxes are due and payments due now, what do I do?
