I live in Hillsborough County. My question is: I am renting a home with a lease that began on Aug 1, 2007. I received paper work from a agent that the house is in foreclosure. The paperwork states that my landlord knew about this since back in 2004/2006. I would like to know what my options are regarding this. He has been dodging me. I have been trying to talk with him, however, I feel that he is running from me. I believe that he is pocketing the money. I tried again to meet with him this past Monday February the 25th and he seen me coming went out the side door of his building and got into his truck and left. I tried calling today Thursday the 28th and his assistant said he is in Maryland and that his mom is ill. I was going to pay him, however, I would like to discuss this problem first.
