rights of second lien holder
Posted by csachs on March 21, 2008 at 08:48:42: I'm facing foreclosure on a property I own a property in CO, which has an 80/20 (first and second) mortgage structure. If the first mortgage holder (Countrywide)takes the most of the proceeds at auction, can the second lienholder attach liens to other properties I own, or obtain a judgement to attach a lien?
