Rental Property in foreclosure, what about the renters

I have quite a few questions that maybe i can get some answers to. the company i worked for is closed, creating the following issues
1. We own a number of rentals. What if bank eviction of rental person before rental contract expires? can renter sue me?
2. Can above mortgage co. attach liens to primary home?
3. Can above mortgage co. attach liens to other property's?
