steve, i did exactly what you plan to 3 months ago. i had a house in new jersey. reset mortgage to over 4000 a month interest only and couldnt afford. i bought a smaller more affordable home in florida which by the way has tremendous asset protection. i got a good job and with 4 kids and a stay at home wife i had to do what i did to save my family. my home in nj will be foreclosed on this year. i am fully prepared for the consequences of my actions. email me and we can talk.
