Hi Kish, the 1099 will come after the lender has sold your home. The lender can always sell the home at the right price. It sounds to me that you will be leaving the home no matter what, is this correct? If this is the case, make this quick and move on! Find a place to live closer to work. Has the N.O.D already arrived? what is the sale date? If you are done with the home, mail the keys to the lender. Go to a title office and deed the home back to the bank!!! I always love the confusion this causes the lender. Did I cover everything you needed? There's some more creative things you can do, but I will not post.
