thanks for your reply. I have two short sales I have the signed contracts. should I just assign them for 15K each and be done wit it or should I sale them for a said price? I have an end buyer for one and I believe that bank is going to agree to the short sale. with all that you said I don't know what to do. so your saying to do short sales now you have to have your own capital instead of a end buyer isn't it funny how loop holes are create and used by only a select few then when the masses learn of it and begin using it the powers that be want to frown on it and change it. They knew when the select few was doing it what was going on now all of a sudden its frown on. Just a little thought :-) thanks again for your response. Not sure what to do I was trying to do this with no money and sell to a end buyer I guess the only real way to do this just assign the contracts to the end buyer.
can someone help me??? Ill pay 2% of what ever I make on the deal when it closes
