If the loan terms are/were predatory, or, the mortgage broker/originator altered information in your application... there may be grounds to have your mortgage loan rescinded via the Right of Recission. You should find an attorney whose practice includes TILA - Regulation Z matters.

A good place to start is with the National Consumer Law Center (Boston), and Legal Services Corporation (each state has a chapter).
