The bank (or whoever is the new owner of the property) will not place a
lock on your door since it's not allowed by law in most states to my
knowledge. After the foreclosure sale takes place, the bank/new owner
will according to state laws evict the current occupants of the property
by having a court of law instruct the sheriff to evict the occupants by
force if necessary.
