Thanks, yea I have it here. It seems one page is the Lease and the other page is the option details. I will probaby get Legal Aid on the line soon. I've heard the tenants can stay in the house up to the time it takes them to move? Not sure what is exactly true at this time so I'll take it to the experts. Thanks for the imput:)
