I also should have said that I contacted Pine Street Legal, the source of the link you sent me, when the foreclosure originally happened and they said that they only deal with landlord/tenant issues. Mortgages and homebuyer issues have completely different laws. I cannot seem to find any info on how long it will take to evict after the property has been foreclosed/become an REO. If the eviction process takes longer/gives me more time than the 5/13/08 date the cash-for-keys-agreement the woman is asking me to sign than I'd prefer more time.
