So If I just turn in the keys and tell them to take the property - would this
not shorten the foreclosure process with less missed payments on my
credit history. In other words, if I am willing to give up the property
without a fuss, does this not benefit myself and the bank? What benefit is
there to cooperate with a lengthy process that will the same anyway.
