I have taken Richard's classes and I have called him personally on his cell phone several times and he did answer. When he did not answer he called me back. I am in Florida and he gave his classes here in Tampa. I have taken several seminars with limited success and after taking Richard's course I had very good success. I made almost 1 million in the first 12 months before the sub prime debacle blew up. Some of the things that I learned from Richard's class have helped me do many deals. I do not knock on doors for pre foreclosures, but I have bought many houses using his techniques and I would recommend his course to anyone. I am a Christian and I was glad that I found someone that shared my values to help me understand Real Estate Investing. The main thing for anyone is to get up and do it. Quit sitting around complaining that you can't do it and just try. He has inspired me to achieve my professional goals in life and I am thankful to him.
