2nd Lender's approval on a Short Sale
Posted by Cat on April 30, 2008 at 13:38:02: I wonder what the advantage or disadvange it is for the 2nd lender to say Yes to a short sale when they know they aren't going to get any money from a short sale or a foreclosure (as is the case in my situation.) thanks
