Foreclosure Abatement

Has anyone heard or have any dirt on Property Solutions Specialists, Inc DBA Mortgage Crisis Solutions Association based in Miami Fl? They offer foreclosure abatement services. I called and spoke with a rep from the company today....in a nutshell, they want a $1495 plus a month amount (in my case $650, this amt is based on your monthly mtg payment) for this they told me to stop making my payments and they will play "Chess" with my current lenders to avoid my property from being foreclosed. Once the lender files for the foreclosure, this company will come in behind them and abate the foreclosure. This process goes on for 12 months...all the while I'm not making payments. The rep said after 12 months the lenders are willing to negotiate and in most cases will have the second mortgage eliminated. Sound too good to be true???
