I have never received a three day "notice to quit" In our state the first step in eviction is a notice to quite or a written eviction notice. The Sheriff's office handed me the final step in eviction, the 48 hours leave the premises "writ of possession". The issue of my credit falls below homelessness, as I am still in the process of trying to gather funds and a new place to live. So please do not bring up any thing pertaining to a credit report.
