rental property 4 units

i have 4 rental units in texas. but i live in chicago. i'm starting to have renter issues i lost 2 and the market is really bad right now. no bites so what are my options as far as getting rid of this property and NOT losing my home in Chicago. and Not ruin my credit. Please i need advise, i got in way over my head. these apartments are beautiful
