Foreclosure help in AZ, deficiency judgement question.

Hello. I am looking at possibly having to foreclose on my condo in AZ. I
also owe about $35,000 more than my condo is worth. I am afraid that
if I foreclose and the bank auctions off my condo, they might try to
pursue me with a deficiency judgement (not sure exactly how this
works, but I've heard they can garnish wages, come after other assets,
etc.) Does anyone know more about this and or know if this is legal in
the state of AZ? Thanks!
