deed in lieu

I have a home in Ohio that is worth 410,000, 1st mortgage of 122,000,( 25 years left) equity line exhausted at 180,000 ( with same bank) credit cards and college plus loans all coming due. home listed for sale at 350,000. having trouble selling, will bank accept deed in lieu?
