Foreclosure/deed in leiu

My 1st mortgage is with Countrywide, I plan to ask for a deed in leiu, however, I have a second mortgage with Homeq. Can I do the same thing with them? Or can I do a deed in leiu if I have 2 loans? I just want out of this house. I'm upside down(loans or more than the value of the house)
