You do realize you will totally ruin your credit score. So, don't think about buying a new car in the next 7+ years. Everything you purchase would be in cash. Good luck renting anywhere with such poor credit scores. There are TONS of owners out there in much deeper compared to you. When the market turns, and it will, you can make the loss up. You do also realize that over the next 7+ years you will be losing a possible tax refund by renting as well. Stick it out.
