Do a "reverse shortsale" ! You need to wake up here. Ca is a one action state. no recourse outside of a judicial foreclosure - very rare! But you may have a claim for a wrongful foreclosure (subject to). if the loan was stated and you cannot afford it thats a MAJOR Red Flag I have beat time and time again. File a claim and try for getting the loan reduced by 50%. Why not? After foreclosure the lender will sell it as an REO for that! www.borrowerhotline.com
