I agree with Steele. As a loan officer, I don't see any mortgage lender or bank providing a loan on your property. I do recommend that you check into your city or town's housing agency so that you are fully aware of your rights. If you are able to stay in the property for a few months, the rent that you would have to pay elsewhere might be saved. Please do check with the housing agency or an attorney so that you don't get yourself into additional trouble. Take care.
