Yes, we were discharged and yes the first mortgage is in good standing. $675k is owed to the SBA, $295k is owed on the house and it is worth $319k. Homes are not selling unless you take a huge loss--the thought of writing another check just to sell seems nuts. Foreclosure seems to be the only option--thoughts?
