Atty suit against Countrywide

Posted by BQ on June 26, 2008 at 11:04:32: Am in foreclosure in Illinois. Atty. general has filed suit against Countrywide asking for 90 day moratorium on foreclosures in Ill. If granted, after 90 day period, would foreclosure resume at that point or be accelerated?
