It's interesting that the broker/owner said he didn't know it was illegal. What a load!
It's common sense that a person wouldn't pay full price for a stripped property.
Is it also common sense that the LENDER also has ownership in the property since he can take it away from you for non-payment and that taking away from the property is also taking away from the lender?
This is why mortgage brokers get a bad reputation!!!
