Renting a home that may be foreclosed

Please forgive me if this subject has been posted already. I didn't find anything in my short search.
I live in a home in Georgia that I am renting. I have reason the believe that the owner has not been paying the mortgage since I'm seeing an influx of mail from the lender. Yesterday evening, while I was out, someone placed an urgent notice for the owner to call the bank on the door. I have been a model tenant, the rent is never late and no checks have ever bounced. I have even invested in some landscaping for the house to make it more of a home. What recourse do I have against the owner?
