UNUSUAL SITUATION

I am expecting to go into foreclosure very soon. In the meantime I have discovered mold in a bedroom that I never use. The mold "Might" be coming from water left on the adjoining bathroom floor after I shower. If it is, when I move can the lender come after me to pay for fixing the problem? Marilyn
