Marilyn, unfortunately, after you lose your house in a foreclosure, your lender can and probably will "come after" you for alot more than just the cost of fixing the mold problem. They will try to sell the house for as much as they can, (which, in today's market, won't be much), then they will obtain a deficiency judgement against you for the remainder of what you owe them. :(
