Obviously, your particular loan's delinquency status isn't a priority for your lender. Yet. With loss mit staff reductions and a clusterf*ck of red tape... lenders are concerned most with loans headed to foreclosure auction.
Short sales can take months and months. And months before a decision is rendered. Hang in there.
