We have Countrywide for the 1st and Chase for the 2nd. I'm thinking that if we just take the house off the market they will go ahead and foreclose already. They keep putting it on hold because they know we are trying to short sell it, even if there is nothing coming of it. I guess they figure it's one less house they have to try to sell, as long as we're doing it? It will be 12 months on August 26.
